Cybersecurity Awareness Incentive Program

We are excited to introduce our new Cybersecurity Awareness Incentive Program to encourage vigilance and promote a culture of security within our workplace. This program leverages our KnowBe4 Phish Alert system to identify and reward employees who excel in identifying and reporting simulated phishing messages.

Program Details:

  • Eligibility:
    • Must be an ECHO employee and have completed all required Cybersecurity Awareness Training.
    • Employees must have at least three months of Phish Alert history to win.
  • Criteria for Winning:
    • An employee can only win once every three months.
    • Winners are determined monthly, based on their performance over the preceding six months.
    • Winners will be ranked using the following criteria:
    1. Failure Rate from lowest to highest - Any action other than report taken on a simulated phishing message.
    2. Reporting Accuracy from highest to lowest: Percentage of simulated phishing messages reported within 72 hours.
      • In the event of a tie, we will extend the look-back period to determine the winner.
    • Rewards:
      • 1st Place: 3 hours of PTO
      • 2nd Place: 2 hours of PTO
      • 3rd Place: 1 hour of PTO
